Bitcoin World Technology Limited (Bitcoin World Technology), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, is preparing to submit relevant applications for the necessary licenses (licenses) to carry out activities regulated under Class 1 (securities trading) and Class 7 (providing automated trading services) under the Securities and Futures Ordinance in Hong Kong and to operate as defined in section 53ZR and Schedule 3B of the Anti-Money Laundering Regulations Virtual asset exchange (virtual asset service) business. It is anticipated that after the license is granted, Bitcoin World Custodian will provide escrow services to Bitcoin World Technology based on the virtual asset platform business.
