汇盈控股(00821)发盈警，预期年度股东应占亏损不少于3亿港元

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Huiying Holdings (00821) announced that the Group expects to obtain a loss attributable to the company owner of not less than HK$300 million for the year ended 31 December 2023, compared with a loss of approximately HK$178 million for the year ended 31 December 2022. The main reasons for this change during the year include an increase in impairment losses on accounts receivable of approximately HK$130 million; loss of approximately HK$30 million from the sale of subsidiaries; and a share-based payment of approximately HK$11 million for share options granted in January 2023; this was partially offset by a reduction of approximately HK$45 million in net realized and unrealized losses held as trading investments.
