In particular, communication skills are very important. First, in the front-end development phase, the company set a high threshold for the quality of the project under construction; after signing the contract, the project was comprehensively inspected and evaluated, and a “symptomatic treatment” was issued on the basis of active communication with the client from the perspective of safety, functionality, aesthetics, and fundamentals; after clarifying the disposal plan, the project was comprehensively managed, requiring all participating units to organize and implement it in strict accordance with Greentown standards.

Lin Sanjiu said that although the relief project is very difficult, through continuous practice, summing up experience and continuous improvement, Greentown management is confident that it will contribute due social responsibility to protect people's livelihood and secure the handover of buildings.
