According to the Zhitong Finance App, Ruian Jianye (00983) announced that tenants (i.e. the company and D&G, which are indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiaries of the company) have been leasing such properties to the owners (Shiyunlai Co., Ltd.) to operate the Group's office buildings according to the existing lease (which will expire on April 30, 2024).
On March 22, 2024, the tenant accepted the renewal letter from the landlord to renew the existing lease. A letter of renewal forms a binding agreement between the tenant and the landlord until a formal tenancy agreement is signed.
According to reports, these properties are located in rooms 1001, 1002, and 1006 on the 10th floor of New Kowloon Plaza; rooms 1101 and 1102 on the 11th floor of New Kowloon Plaza; rooms 1211-1212, 1205-1207 on the 12th floor of New Kowloon Plaza; and the entire 13th floor of New Kowloon Plaza.
