The Group's profit was approximately RMB 40.3 million, a year-on-year decrease of approximately 48.7%. The Board of Directors never recommended the payment of any final dividend for the year.
As of December 31, 2023, the Group's construction area under management was 23.1 million square meters, an increase of 1.0% over December 31, 2022.
