Zhitong Finance App News, Hubei Radio and Television (000665.SZ) announced that the company's wholly-owned subsidiary LiaoXing Investment Co., Ltd. (“Xingliao Investment”) signed a “Share Transfer Agreement” with Saiwei Electronics on January 15, 2024 to transfer 8.67% of its shares in the participating company Optics Valley Information to Saiwei Electronics through an agreed transfer on specific matters. The total amount recovered from this transfer was 905.76 million yuan. After the equity transfer was completed, Xingliao Investment no longer held shares in Optics Valley Information.
According to the announcement, the above shares have completed the transfer registration procedure on March 7, 2024, and the company has received all share transfer payments. The transaction achieved an investment income of RMB 21.25 million.
