According to Zhitong Finance App News, Yuzhou Group (01628) issued an announcement. After the early restructuring support agreement fee period at 5:00 p.m. (Hong Kong time) on March 21, 2024, the shares held: (a) existing note holders accounting for about 90.61% of the total outstanding principal amount of existing public notes have joined the restructuring support agreement; and (b) existing note holders accounting for about 90.45% of the total outstanding principal amount of other existing debt instruments have joined the restructuring support agreement.
The company is encouraged and extends its deepest thanks to its overseas creditors and stakeholders for the full support it has received so far on the restructuring plan. Other existing note holders should further note that the general restructuring support agreement fee period is March 28, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. (Hong Kong time).
