Gelonghui, March 21 | C&D International Group (01908.HK) announced that for the year ended December 31, 2023, the Group achieved total revenue of about RMB 134.43 billion, an increase of 34.9% over the previous fiscal year; the profit attributable to the company's equity holders was approximately RMB 5,035 billion, an increase of about 2.0% compared with the previous fiscal year. The Group's basic earnings per share were RMB 2.61. The Board recommended that a final dividend of HK$1.3 per share be paid in cash, but eligible shareholders will be able to choose to receive a final dividend in the form of new shares in lieu of part or all of the final dividend cash.
For the year ended 31 December 2023, the Group, together with its joint ventures and associated companies, achieved a cumulative contract sales amount of approximately RMB 137.96 billion, and the contract sales floor area vested in shareholders' equity was approximately RMB 6.64 million square meters. Compared with the previous fiscal year, an increase of approximately RMB 16.44 billion and approximately 568,000 square meters, respectively, an increase of approximately 13.5% and 9.3%, respectively.
For the year ended 31 December 2023, the Group, together with its joint ventures and associated companies, achieved total property development cash payments of approximately RMB 184.3 billion. As of December 31, 2023, the total saleable area of the Group's land reserves reached about 15.52 million square meters, with a total of 311 projects in China.
