Zhitong Finance App News, Junhao Group (00115) and the offender RHENFIELD DEVELOPMENT CORP. Jointly announced that at 4:00 p.m. on the date of this joint announcement, the offeror has received:
(1) Effective acceptance (acceptance of shares) of a total of approximately 64,385,600 offered shares (equivalent to approximately 26.3% of the company's total issued share capital at the date of this joint announcement) under part of the offer; and
(2) Valid approval for a total of approximately 105 million shares under some offers (equivalent to approximately 42.7% of the company's total issued share capital and approximately 60.7% of the shares held by the offender and those not acting in concert with them).
