At 4:00 p.m. on the date of this joint announcement, the offeror has received: (i) valid acceptance of a total of 64,385,556 offered shares under part of the offer (equivalent to approximately 26.3% of the company's total issued share capital at the date of this joint announcement); and (ii) a total of 104,548,529 shares under some of the offers (equivalent to approximately 42.7% of the total issued share capital of the company and those not acting in concert with them) 7%) Valid approval.
