The placement agent has successfully placed a total of 31 million shares to no less than six undertakers at the placement price of HK$0.104 per share in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement. The net proceeds from the placement (after deducting commissions and other expenses relating to the placement) are approximately HK$3.18 million, which is intended to be used as general working capital for the Group's operations outside of China.
