Financial reports show that Baozun's three major business segments — Baozun e-commerce, brand management, and Baozun International — achieved collaborative growth in the fourth quarter. Baozun's e-commerce business segment has upgraded its omni-channel capabilities, and operating cash flow has reached the highest level in history. Brand management business segment, GAP infrastructure is fully consolidated, and integrated marketing helps upgrade the brand; Baozun and ABG Group set up a joint venture, owns Hunter's intellectual property rights, and plans to open a flagship store in the second half of 2024.
