According to the agreement, the Group and Zhengzhou Institute of Technology plan to jointly build a “New Energy Storage Material” R&D center to jointly develop research and application of materials and systems for hierarchical utilization and recycling of waste power batteries for new energy vehicles, including: cascade utilization technology, management system design and economic analysis, recycling technology, material performance research, management system design and economic analysis, industry-related policies, regulations and standards research, industrial chain collaborative application innovation research, and distributed energy storage facilities, management systems, safety management and economic analysis, etc. The R&D center construction fund is jointly funded by the Group and the Zhengzhou Institute of Technology. The specific amount and ratio of investment will be agreed separately. The construction site of the R&D center is the location of the Zhengzhou Institute of Technology. The Zhengzhou Institute of Technology provides scientific research conditions such as library information resources, experimental instruments, and offices necessary for scientific research. As a co-construction unit of the R&D center, the Zhengzhou Institute of Technology is responsible for guiding the construction of the R&D center and scientific research guidance and personnel training during operation after completion.
