According to the Zhitong Finance App, Jingyuan International (02232) announced the annual results for the year ended December 31, 2023. The group achieved revenue of US$2.177 billion during the period, a year-on-year decrease of 12.59%; profit attributable to shareholders of US$163 million, a year-on-year decrease of 5.35%; basic profit per share was 5.73 US cents; and a final dividend of HK13 cents per share was proposed.
The announcement said that compared with 2022, the gross margin of loungewear, jeans and sweaters remained relatively stable in 2023. In terms of sportswear, outdoor wear, and intimate underwear, the increase in gross margin is mainly due to increased production efficiency.
