According to the news, China Lilang recently announced its 2023 results, with revenue of approximately RMB 3,544 billion (same unit), up 14.8% year on year; gross profit of about 1.707 billion yuan, up 20.2% year on year; annual profit of about $530 million, up 18.4% year on year; proposed final dividend of 13 HK cents per share and special final dividend of HK5 cents per share. Looking ahead to 2024, the Group plans a net increase of 100-200 stores to expand retail scale and improve operational efficiency.

Guoxin Securities pointed out that the company has steady operations, high dividends, and there is still great potential for future growth in new retail and light businesses. Consumption recovered weakly in 2023, and the company still achieved double-digit growth and increased profit margins, while inventory health improved. Looking ahead to the medium to long term, the results of the company's channel transformation into self-operation and consignment sales are gradually showing. New retail and light businesses still have a lot of room for growth, and are expected to maintain steady growth in the future. As net profit for 2023 was slightly better than expected, the profit forecast was slightly raised.
