Gelonghui, March 21丨Yuxing Technology (08005.HK) announced that between March 18 and March 20, 2024, the Group carried out a series of transactions on the open market to purchase: (i) about 9.6 million units of USDC, with an average price of 1 US dollar, with a total value of about US$9.6 million (equivalent to approximately HK$74.6 million) (not including transaction costs); and (ii) approximately 4.8 million units of USDT, with an average price of about US$4.8 million per unit (equivalent to approximately HK$37.5 million) (excluding transactions) cost).
From March 18 to March 20, 2024, the Group carried out a series of transactions on the open market to sell: (i) approximately 113.0 units of Bitcoin, with an average price of US$66,025 per unit, with a total cost of approximately US$7.5 million (equivalent to approximately HK$58.2 million) (not including transaction costs); and (ii) approximately 2,012.0 units of Ether at an average price of US$3,436 per unit, with a total cost of about US$6.9 million (equivalent to approximately HK$53.9 million) (excluding transaction costs).
Bitcoin and Ether sold under Bitcoin sales and Ethereum sales are used for conversion to USDC and USDT equivalent values under USDC purchases and USDT purchases.
