The company and Add Hero have reached all restructuring conditions in accordance with the China Aoyuan Plan and the Add Hero Plan, including payment of all restructuring support agreement fees (cash portion) for further distribution to relevant plan creditors not affected by sanctions. The company and Add Hero confirmed March 20, 2024 as the effective date of the restructuring. Please note that the distribution of related program cost benefits under China's Aoyuan Plan and the Add Hero Plan will commence on the next business day immediately after the effective date of the restructuring. The relevant rights will be distributed through the respective intermediaries of the plan creditors, and it may take several business days to complete the full distribution process.
