According to the Zhitong Finance App, APOLLO Travel (00860) announced that the Group expects to achieve a comprehensive net loss of between HK$700 million and HK$1.1 billion compared with the 15-month consolidated net profit of approximately HK$266.3 million for the 15 months ended 31 December 2022.
The anticipated loss is mainly due to the reduction in anticipated revenue, mainly due to the sale of a number of subsidiaries after the previous period; a one-time fair value income of approximately HK$274.9 million confirmed to be payable or due during the previous period; the expected fair value return on financial assets taken into account at fair value was reduced compared to the approximately HK$439.3 million obtained in the previous period; and an increase in expected goodwill and acceptance note impairment over the previous period of approximately HK$107.8 million.
