Glonghui, March 20 | Extraordinary Leadership (00933.HK) announced that in 2023, the company's revenue was HK$11.2 billion, up 62.6% year on year; gross profit was HK$5.13 billion, up 62.3% year on year; adjusted EBITDA was HK$936 million, up 10.6% year on year. The Board recommended a final dividend of HK$0.008 per share.
Comprehensive income and gross profit increased by 62.6% and 62.3% respectively. The increase was mainly due to the completion of the acquisition of C&J Clark (No 1) Limited in July 2022 and the consolidation of Clark Group's annual financial results.
