Gelonghui, March 20, 丨 Jinhuo Pharmaceutical Group (01110.HK) announced that the company expects the group profit attributable to the company owner to increase the group profit attributable to the company owner by RMB 22.7 million in the previous year by about 65% to 75%.
The board of directors believes that the increase in group profit due to (i) the cancellation of control measures against the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic caused the market to recover from the previous year, which increased revenue from the Chinese distribution business of imported pharmaceuticals and health care products by about 10% to 15%; (ii) this year's income from changes in the fair value of financial assets included profit and loss at fair value increased by about 330% to 335% compared to the previous year; and (iii) amortization expenses for intangible assets decreased by about 95% to 100% this year compared to the previous year .
