Biolidics Limited is set to increase its share capital by 4.5% by issuing new shares to Chen Lu, who will join as an Executive Director following approval from Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower. This issuance is part of a service agreement that includes a three-year term with potential for automatic extension, subject to the company’s terms, and a compensation package that will be periodically reviewed by the board.
