In order to further improve corporate governance standards, the company has selected a larger auditor to promote the company's further development. As a result, Zhongzheng Tianheng Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. has resigned from its position as the company's auditor with effect from March 20, 2024.
Based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the board of directors resolved to appoint Tianjian International Certified Public Accountants Limited as the company's new auditor to fill the temporary vacancy after CPC Tianheng's resignation. The appointment of a new auditor can only be carried out until the relevant resolution is passed at the special shareholders' meeting convened by the company in accordance with the company's company rules.
