Gelonghui Group (00115.HK) announced on March 20 | Jun Hao Group (00115.HK) announced that at 4:30 p.m. on the date of this joint announcement, the offeror has received valid approval for: (i) a total of 55,318,915 shares (equivalent to approximately 22.6% of the company's total issued share capital) under part of the offer; and (ii) a total of 24,226,514 shares under part of the offer (equivalent to approximately 9.9% of the total issued share capital of the company and those acting in concert with them).
On the date of this joint announcement, the accepted shares, together with the shares already owned by the offeror and those acting in concert with them, totaled 128,031,168 shares, which is equivalent to approximately 52.3% of the total number of issued shares.
As a result, Condition 1 has been fulfilled, and at 4:30 p.m. on the date of this Joint Announcement, some of the offers have become unconditional in terms of acceptance. For shareholders' affairs, please note that as of the date of this joint announcement, condition 2 has not been met.
