On March 20, GLONGHUI | Mythical World (00582.HK) announced that all the conditions contained in the subscription agreement have been fulfilled, and the subscription was completed on March 20, 2024. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement, approximately 845 million subscription shares have been allocated and issued to the subscribers at a subscription price of HK$0.034 per subscription share in accordance with the general mandate.
