The group achieved a turnover of HK$222 million, a year-on-year decrease of 15.24%; losses attributable to company owners were HK$24.227 million, compared with a profit of HK$27.875 million for the same period last year; loss of HK$0.076 per share.
Operating loss in 2023 was HK$23.7 million, while operating profit in 2022 was HK$28.2 million. This was mainly due to the revaluation loss of HK$15.6 million from investment property revaluation, but the impact was partially offset by investment income, such as dividend income, interest income, and income from sales and changes in fair value of the investment totaling HK$4.4 million. Net loss in 2023 was HK$24.2 million, while net profit for the same period in 2022 was HK$27.9 million.
