The Zhitong Finance App learned that the Hong Kong financial PR company Intj.US (INTJ.US) priced its initial public offering of 1,875,000 common shares at US$4 per share. Underwriters have a 45-day option to buy up to 281,250 additional shares. Huiyue Finance shares are expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ on March 20, under the code “INTJ.”
The release is expected to be completed on March 22, 2024.
Huiyue Finance plans to use the net proceeds from the issuance for the development and commercialization of technology and related products, as well as other working capital and general corporate purposes.
According to information, Huiyue Finance mainly provides financial PR services, including creating multi-stakeholder communication plans, arranging press conferences and interviews, participating in preparing press releases and shareholders' meetings, monitoring press releases, identifying shareholders, targeting potential investors, organizing company activities, and implementing crisis management policies and procedures.
