The board of directors believes that the expected sharp increase in the Group's revenue for the year is mainly due to the year-on-year increase in production of the company's main products, cathode copper and gold, after Yangxin Hongsheng Copper Co., Ltd., a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, was officially put into operation in 2023. The expected sharp increase in the Group's profit for the year is mainly due to Yangxin Hongsheng being put into operation in 2023, achieving high net profit, which affects the sharp increase in the Group's net profit.
As stated above, the Board of Directors expects revenue of approximately RMB 44,784,723,000 for the year, an increase of approximately 33.06% over the previous year, and profit of approximately RMB 202,496,000 for the year, an increase of approximately RMB 208,912,000.
