Zhitong Finance App News, Sunrise Oriental (603366.SH) announced that a consortium formed by the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary Tibet Sunrise Oriental Akang Clean Energy Co., Ltd. (“Sunrise Oriental Akang”) and Tibet Longsheng Energy Management Co., Ltd. (“Tibet Longsheng”) participated in and won the bid for the clean energy centralized heating pilot franchise project in Cuoqin County, Ali region of Tibet Autonomous Region (“Franchise Project”), winning the bid price of 88.84 yuan/m²/year (heating fee price).
The main construction content of this project is technical transformation of the existing heating system (including heat sources, supporting pipelines, and unfinished heating), partial or complete equipment replacement, process improvements, etc. At the same time, an additional heating range of about 56,900 square meters was added to build a clean heating system, pipe network and indoor heating terminals, with a total heating area of about 292,300 square meters. The company and Sunrise Oriental Akang and Tibet Longsheng plan to set up a project company in Cuoqin County with a registered capital of about 62.65 million yuan; the cooperation period is 30 years, including a construction period of 0.5 years and an operation period of 29.5 years. The project has yet to sign a franchise agreement and project construction agreement.
