According to the news, the company announced annual results for the year ended December 31, 2023. Net toll revenue increased 28% year-on-year to approximately RMB 2,582 million (RMB, same below); profit attributable to equity shareholders increased 89% year-on-year to approximately $528 million; basic profit per share was 17.15 points; and a proposed final dividend of 11.55 points per share. According to the announcement, the year-on-year increase in profit attributable to shareholders was mainly due to the increase in toll revenue; the return of responsibility for pavement resurfacing on the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway; and the increase in the performance share of the Park Uptown Project.
