Sina Technology News On the evening of March 19, Haier Group founder Zhang Ruimin was a guest on the live broadcast with Hui tonight to have a conversation with Dong Yuhui, senior partner of Oriental Selection. During the conversation, Zhang Ruimin talked about the big business disease that occurred during Haier's development, and when he decided to cut down Haier's entire middle management, he said, “I am now very interested in Laozi's Te De Jing. I have re-studied this book and found that the core of what he said in this book is consistent with the current Internet age. The core of Tao Te Ching is one word. According to metaphysical ontology, it is a dialectical relationship of nothing, that is, everything in the world is born from nothing.”

In Zhang Ruimin's opinion, this is actually just ravioli. In his opinion, “In this day and age, how can you control everyone, that is, delegate power to you, so that you can fully develop, this becomes a system that can continue to thrive.”

Zhang Ruimin said that my ideal is that Haier should not be like some of today's traditional enterprises. I hope it will develop into a federal or even a confederate organization. Every part has great vitality and is developing.

As an example, Zhang Ruimin said that now, after some of our subsidiary companies have successfully started a business, some are preparing to go public, and we will sell even part of the company's original shares without taking up large shares. I think that for a company to fully develop, it's not that you have to stop it, but that you have to let everyone grow.

“It's hard for you to create a great company, but I don't think that's even more difficult. Can you build a platform where everyone in this company can become excellent creators, this would be more valuable than being an excellent company.” Zhang Ruimin said.
