According to the Zhitong Finance App, China Resources Medical (01515) announced the results for the year ended December 31, 2023. The group obtained revenue of RMB 10.108 billion (same unit), an increase of 27.92%; profit attributable to the company's owners was RMB 258 million, a year-on-year decrease of 3.07%; profit per share was 0.2 yuan, and a final dividend of 0.06 yuan per share was to be paid.
In 2023, as a leading state-owned enterprise hospital group, the Group gave full play to the advantages of groupings, accelerated integration into regional medical planning, fully unleashed organizational vitality through enterprise mechanisms, enhanced core competencies such as discipline construction, patient service, and operation management in innovative ways, and achieved reasonable quantitative growth and effective quality improvement. During the reporting period, the Group completed the acquisition of Liaojianbiao and Hejiang Nengbiao at the end of June 2023 through “mergers and acquisitions-integration-injection”, further expanding the layout of its hospital network and laying a solid foundation for future high-quality development.
As of December 31, 2023, the Group managed and operated a total of 134 medical institutions in 10 provinces and cities in China. During the reporting period, the number of routine outpatient visits and hospitalizations in the Group's own hospitals was approximately 10.14 million and 550,000 respectively, up 10.0% and 10.2% respectively over the same period last year.
