The term of office starts on the end date of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and ends on the expiration date of the 4th Board of Directors. After the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, Wang Yuanchun was appointed as Vice Chairman and Authorized Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules.
The board of directors is pleased to announce that Li Jia has been appointed as one of the company's joint company secretaries (“Joint Company Secretaries”, each a “Joint Company Secretary”), effective from the date of the announcement, to replace Li Hui, who has resigned as Joint Company Secretary since the date of the announcement.
