Gelonghui, March 19, 丨 Guanjun International Holdings (01629.HK) announced that the company expects to record a net profit of approximately RMB 12,365,000 for the year ended December 31, 2023. Compared with the net loss attributable to the company's owners in the previous year, the net loss attributable to the company's owners was RMB 18,243,000.
The main reasons for turning a loss into a profit were (i) a significant increase in revenue from the Group's tissue products division in the relevant year; and (ii) the net loss attributable to the company owner of RMB 18,243,000 in the previous year, mainly due to a loss of approximately RMB 48,251,000 from the Group's cigarette packaging business, which was stopped and sold by the Group in October 2022.
