(“Hefei Home Appliances” for short), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, will invest in the construction of a new supporting plant.
The sales volume of the company's subsidiary Hefei Home Appliance has increased year by year in recent years, and revenue has been growing steadily, and its current production capacity cannot meet future development requirements. In order to ensure the achievement of the company's strategic goals, expand and upgrade production capacity, and increase the company's marginal revenue, Hefei Home Appliance plans to use its own or self-funded investment to build a new supporting plant. The total investment of the project is estimated at 153 million yuan.
