On March 19, GLONGHUI | Beijing Gas Blue Sky (06828.HK) announced that the company expects to record annual profit of no less than HK$90 million for the year ending December 31, 2023, which will increase by no less than 677%.
The increase in the Group's profit forecast for the year is mainly due to: (i) the Group completed the acquisition of the Guangxi Tengxian City Gas Project at the end of 2022, contributing to the Group's urban gas business and the Group's profit during the year; (ii) the profit attributable to the CNPC Jingtang LNG Co., Ltd. project increased compared to 2022; and (iii) the confirmation of legal and professional expenses for the current year was reduced compared to 2022. This is due to the fact that the Group has confirmed the relevant professional service fees for the resumption of the company's stock trading in 2022.
