Gelonghui March 19 | China Aircraft Leasing (01848.HK) announced:
(1) Executive Director Liu Wanting must retire at the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and will not be re-elected. Liu Wanting will no longer be a director at the end of the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. He will continue to serve as the company's President, Chief Commercial Officer, and a member of the Strategy Committee and the Sustainability Steering Committee, which is responsible for environmental, social and corporate governance matters. He has been transferred from the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company to CEO, and is no longer an authorized representative of the company representing the company in receiving documents and notices in legal proceedings in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance, Chapter 622 of the Hong Kong Law, and Pan Haowen has been appointed as the authorized representative of the company representing the company in receiving legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance, Chapter 622 of the Hong Kong Law, with effect from March 19, 2024; and
(2) Li Guohui has been appointed as an executive director with effect from March 19, 2024.
