It is expected that the Group will obtain an annual loss due to the company owner not less than RMB 45 million (estimated loss) for the year ended December 31, 2023, while the Group will obtain an annual profit attributable to the company owner of about RMB 17.5 million for the year ended December 31, 2022.
According to the announcement, the estimated loss did not take into account the effects of impairment loss (deduction of refunds), intangible asset impairment, fair value change gain/ (loss), and possibly fair value change gain/ (loss) of equity investments that are included in fair value according to fair value under the expected credit loss model.
