As of the date of this announcement, the company is still in the process of appointing a new auditor to fill the temporary vacancy of Dahua Ma Shiyun Certified Public Accountants Limited's resignation. The Company anticipates that it may not be able to complete the necessary procedures to implement its audited consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2023 by March 31, 2024. As a result, the Company may not be able to publish the 2023 Annual Results on or before March 31, 2024 or send the 2023 Annual Report on or before April 30, 2024 in accordance with Sections 13.49 (1) and 13.46 (2) (a) of the Listing Rules, respectively.
