According to the authorization of the company's first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2022, the first A-share class shareholders' meeting in 2022, and the first H-share class shareholders' meeting in 2022, the board of directors believes that the ownership requirements for the first time granted by the company's 2021 A share restricted stock incentive plan for the first time have been fulfilled, and the number of shares that can be attributed this time is 679,300 shares. It is agreed that the company will handle matters relating to the attribution of 191 eligible incentive recipients in accordance with the relevant provisions of this incentive plan.
