(hereinafter referred to as Western Securities International Securities, Western Securities International Investment Co., Ltd. holds about 74.10% of its shares, stock code 0812.HK) of the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, received a review hearing decision from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (hereinafter referred to as the Stock Exchange). Western Securities submitted a written request to the Stock Exchange in December 2023 to submit the Stock Exchange Listing Committee's decision to the Listing Review Committee for review in accordance with Chapter 2B of the Stock Exchange Listing Rules.
