Gelonghui, March 19, 丨 Western Securities International Securities (0812.HK) announced that the Listing Review Committee's review hearing on the Listing Committee's decision (“Listing Review Committee Hearing”) was held on March 5, 2024. On March 18, 2024, the Company received a letter from the Listing Review Committee informing the Listing Review Committee that after considering all written and oral submissions submitted by the Company and the Listing Division, it found that the company had failed to maintain sufficient operating and asset levels as stipulated in section 13.24 of the Listing Rules to ensure the continued listing of the company's shares, and decided to maintain the Listing Committee's decision to suspend share trading in accordance with section 6.01 (3) of the Listing Rules (“Listing Review Committee Decision”).
Trading of the company's shares has been suspended on the Stock Exchange since 9:00 a.m. on March 4, 2024, and will continue to be suspended until further notice.
