Gelonghui, March 18 | ASIX Technology (01675.HK) announced its annual results for the year ended December 31, 2023, with revenue of approximately RMB 7.891 billion, an increase of 2.0% over the previous year. Gross profit was approximately RMB 2,975 million, up 1.2% year over year. The gross margin reached 37.7%, a slight decrease of 0.3 percentage points from the previous year. Net profit was approximately RMB 512 million. Excluding the impact of a number of non-operating projects, the adjusted net profit remained stable at approximately RMB 851 million and the adjusted net profit margin of 10.8%. The proposed final dividend is HK$0.412 per share. The final dividend payout ratio is 40% of the adjusted net profit.

Over the past year, the external economic situation was still serious and complex, and uncertainty continued in the economic recovery process; at the same time, communications industry customers continued to increase cost reduction and efficiency and independent research and development efforts. In this context, the company's traditional business has been challenged quite a bit. In the face of challenges, on the one hand, the company continues to develop new businesses, and on the other hand, it uses new technology such as AIGC/GPT to innovate and upgrade traditional businesses to offset the pressure brought about by traditional businesses and maintain the health and stability of overall business development.

In 2023, the company will pay more attention to healthy cash flow and strengthen refined cost management to ensure the company's long-term sustainable development. After excluding non-operating projects1, the company's annual profit continued to grow, and the operating cash flow situation was better than the previous year, continuing to create value for shareholders, customers and society.
