According to Zhitong Finance App, Beijing Water Group (00371) announced that on March 18, 2024, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Jianbang Investment Co., Ltd. (Jianbang), as the borrower and the company acted as the guarantor, to enter into a green loan agreement with the bank for a total term loan financing amount of RMB 2.35 billion. The amount for the first batch was RMB 850 million, and the amount for the second batch was RMB 850 million. The amount for the third batch was RMB 500 million and the amount for the fourth batch was RMB 150 million. The total amount of financing for this loan may be increased by no more than RMB 1 billion in accordance with the participation mechanism under the terms of the loan agreement). The maturity date of each batch of loan financing is 364 days from the date of the first withdrawal of this batch of loan financing. Each batch of loan financing can be extended twice to one year after the bank's discretionary approval.
