The company plans to grant 1.80 million restricted shares to incentive recipients, of which 1.665 million shares will be granted for the first time, and 135,000 shares will be reserved. The incentive target granted for the first time in this incentive plan is no more than 63 people, and the determination of the incentive target to be granted for the first time is carried out in accordance with the criteria for the first award. The grant price for restricted shares (including reserved grants) under this incentive plan is 16.14 yuan/share.
Furthermore, this incentive plan is valid for a maximum period of no more than 60 months from the date the restricted shares are first granted to the incentive target until all restricted shares granted to the incentive target are vested or cancelled.
