On March 18, Ge Longhui (603083.SH) released its 2023 annual report. During the reporting period, it achieved operating income of 3,087 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 18.46%; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 95,182 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 44.59%; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies after deducting non-recurring profit and loss was 86.507 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 44.27%; and basic earnings per share were 0.36 yuan.
In 2023, it is proposed to distribute a cash dividend of 1.33 yuan (tax included) to all shareholders for every 10 shares based on the total share capital of the company's equity distribution. There will be no increase, and the remaining undistributed profits will be carried over to be distributed in subsequent years.
