According to the Zhitong Finance App, Jinyong Investment (01328) announced that on March 15, 2024, Redwood, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, purchased 3.5 million shares of Dream World (01119) at a cost of about HK$6.65 million (not including transaction costs), or approximately HK$1.90 per share of Chuangmengtiandi shares.
According to the announcement, the group is mainly engaged in providing investment management services and strategic direct investment business. The Group regularly invests in companies with a good reputation and commercial potential. The Group is optimistic about its financial performance and future prospects.
