On March 18, 2024, Guangxuan Company, a subsidiary of the company, signed a mechanical and electrical engineering agreement with Traffic Control Engineering to upgrade the Guangde to Xuancheng section of the Shanghai-Chongqing National Expressway. According to this, Guangxuan Company commissioned a traffic control project to provide construction services for the Guangde to Xuancheng section of the Shanghai-Chongqing National Expressway, including full-line monitoring facilities, communication facilities (including communication pipelines), toll facilities, private cloud upgrading, informatization, power supply and distribution facilities and ancillary projects. According to the electromechanical engineering agreement, the total cost charged to Guangxuan Company for the traffic control project is tentatively RMB 52.5642 million.
The announcement stated that services under the Mechatronics Engineering Agreement are necessary work for the expansion project. The company used public bidding to select the implementing unit for the above project, and the traffic control project won the bid to become the project implementer. The traffic control project has first-class qualification for professional contracting of highway traffic engineering (highway mechanical and electrical engineering subsection). During the bidding process, Guangxuan Company took into account the factors mentioned earlier in this announcement and the qualifications of the traffic control project, decided to accept the tender for the traffic control project and entrust it to provide the aforementioned construction services.
