Zhitong Finance App News, China Agricultural Products Trading (00149) issued an announcement. According to section 6 (B) (issuer's right to early redemption) of the bill terms and conditions contained in the offer circular (offer circular) dated May 19, 2014, and the supplementary pricing documents of the offer circular dated May 26, 2014, the company has chosen to redeem all outstanding notes on March 31, 2024 (redemption date). The price is equivalent to 92.88% of the principal amount after deducting interest accrued until the redemption date (including that date).
At the date of this publication, the outstanding principal amount of the notes was HK$40 million. No additional notes will be issued after all outstanding principal amounts on the notes have been redeemed on the redemption date. Therefore, the company will apply to the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited to withdraw the listing status of the notes.
