Zhitong Finance App News, ST Shida (600734.SH) announced that on March 13, 2024, the Fujian Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (“Fujian Securities Regulatory Bureau”) issued the “Decision on Issuing Warning Letter Measures against Fuzhou Chiheng Chengda Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership)”. Fuzhou Chiheng Chengda Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) is a shareholder holding less than 5% of the company's shares.
On December 24, 2021, Fuzhou Chiheng Chengda Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) and Quzhou Cool Internet Technology Service Center (“Quzhou Cool”) signed a “Cooperation Agreement”, agreeing that Fuzhou Chiheng Chengda Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) will continue to hold 106 million shares of the company (4.87% of the company's total share capital) obtained through restructuring to Quzhou Cool. After the transfer, the shares were not settled. Fuzhou Chiheng Chengda Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) will continue to hold the above shares on behalf of Quzhou Cool.

Fuzhou Chiheng Chengda Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) failed to truthfully inform ST Shida of the above matters, resulting in ST Shida's “Notice on the Completion of the Implementation of the Reorganization Plan” on December 31, 2021, inaccurate disclosure of information.
