Gelonghui, March 15, 丨 Huayou Cobalt (603799.SH) announced that on March 15, 2024, the company received a notice from Huayou Holdings, the controlling shareholder, and Mr. Chen Xuehua, and learned that Huayou Holdings and Mr. Chen Xuehua reduced their holdings of “Huayou Convertible Bonds” by a total of 8,237,500 shares through centralized bidding and bulk transactions between September 14, 2022 and March 15, 2024, accounting for 10.84% of the total issuance volume. Among them, Huayou Holdings reduced its holdings of “Huayou Convertible Bonds” by a total of 7,757,500, accounting for 10.21% of the total amount issued; Mr. Chen Xuehua reduced its holdings of “Huayou Convertible Bonds” by a total of 480,000, accounting for 0.63% of the total amount issued.
